Looking for a low cost dedicated server

I'm looking for a dedicated server (unmanaged) in USA or Europe with the following specs: CPU: i3 series prefferable, RAM: at least 16 GB, HDD: at least 2 x 500 GB, Ipv4: at least 5 ips, Price: less than 35$ / month

There is a kimsufi server which matches those specs, but I don't like the fact that they only allow a single ip address.
