▌►▐ What does “SSD-accelerated MySQL” mean?
All of our shared hosting nodes use SSD storage for MySQL transactions. Since MySQL can be responsible for a large amount of disk I/O, this can result in a huge improvement for database-heavy applications like WordPress, Joomla, and Magento! Combined with LiteSpeed, our powerful 3.2 GHz servers, and our extra-caffeinated network, your website is going to fly!
▌►▐ Where is your datacenter located?
All of our shared hosting services operate out of the Databank facility in downtown Dallas, TX. Housed in a former federal reserve building, our tier III datacenter is SAS 70 Type II certified with annual audits. N+1 cooling redundancy combines with multiple on-site generators and high-capacity UPSes to provide a reliable environmental infrastructure.
▌►▐ What is your network like?
The Dallas network consists entire of Cisco equipment with an Internap flow controller. We use a blend of tier 1 tier 2 carriers including Zayo, CenturyLink, TeliaSonera, Cogent, and Internap. Multiple fiber pairs feed into redundant border core routers, with redundant links to each switch.

We sure do! Here’s a dirty little secret of the web hosting industry: Lots of hosts advertise “24-hour support”. But to some hosts, that means “you can submit a ticket any time, 24 hours a day — and we’ll get back to you during normal business hours”. That’s not how we do things over here.
