Q: Hi, do you offer discounts for education/nonprofit/church/military/government/etc organizations?
A: No. We do not have any further discounts beyond what is stated here.
Q: How much would X server be with X ram or X hard drive or X bandwidth?
A: All our servers can be customized on our order forms. If you still have a question please e-mail sales@datashack.net.
Q: Do you offer one time upgrade pricing?
A: Not at this time.
Q: When will you get SERVER X back in stock?
A: Servers are marked in or out of stock due to different factors. Parts availability, server availability or space availability. Some servers take a certain type of chassis, we may have more rack space available but not shelf space, etc. Please keep an eye on our site and when we’re able to deploy a certain server it will be marked in stock.
Q: I don’t see X on your order form. Can I get it?
A: Possibly. Shoot an e-mail to fsales@datashack.net and we’ll see what we can do.
Q: How long does it take to deploy a server?
A: 2 Business days from date of payment. So if you order your server on Tuesday it will be ready on Thursday. If you order on Thursday it will be ready Monday.
Q: Do you have an IP I can ping?
